All you have to do is enable this extension, and then it will search for the keywords you specify. When it finds a post that contains one of those keywords, you will be notified about it by displaying “This potential political post is blocked.” You can also make the posts completely disappear from the feeds by choosing the option to silently hide the posts instead.
